I stay healthy and eat well for the simple fact i want to live a long active life. Not into organized religion and have no bond to any dogma, though i do have my own beliefs on spiritual matters. I feel there is something greater than me but im not going to speculate what it is because i dont know and its a waste of time. I'm re-writing my entire profile after a very busy last few years, things have changed a lot.

I've realized lately that I'm probably a rare hybrid of half geek, half jock. Not the best at being either, but it helps me to get along with just about everyone I meet.

I grew up playing both video games and sports, so I guess I've naturally grown to like them both even now. Although I LOVE my local sports teams and will be loyal to them forever, I have a DVR and don't mind recording the game and watching it later that night, while skipping the commercials. Kinda nice watching 3-hour Giants games condensed if it's late at night.

Although I'm not much of a gamer, I still like them a lot. It's kind of like one of those things where I just don't have the time to play games anymore and I'm fine with that. However, when I do have the time, I like playing action rpg's like Star Wars: KOTOR and Mass Effect. I like those long games with good stories from Bioware.

One thing I've loved my entire life is the art of storytelling. I've watched and loved movies my entire life to the point where I wanted to become a filmmaker. I tried being a screenwriter for a few years, but life got in the way. I hope to one day still go back to that, however.

The storytelling aspect of me has been rejuvenated lately, and found a relatively easy way to tell some stories. And that's by being a machinima director and voice actor. It's a more serious hobby that I'm into because I just love making these movies and I love having thousands of people watching my movies on YouTube. This, I guess, is where the geekier part of me has jumped out the last year or so, I'm having tons of fun doing it. Most of my movies are comedies, but also do pretty much every other genre as well. I love writing and can't see myself stopping. I've met some very nice people by doing it.

Working with people around the world is one of the greatest experiences. I have friends who've voiced for my movies from Germany, England, Ireland, Scotland and Australia. Oh, and all over the US and Canada as well.

Sometimes on occasion, I like to just go out to a nice bar, have some drinks and wings and make new friends. Although much funner with a companion, I've had fun doing that on my own every once in a while.

I'm a recent graduate of UC Davis, living in the Sacramento area and looking to maybe go on some dates. I love movies, the outdoors, reading, and learning. I am a college student that works full time with special needs students. I am a self-admitted intellectual elitist, so while I have complete patience for special needs individuals, I don't have a lot for chosen ignorance.

I change majors every year or so, but always along the central social sciences theme. So far, it's been cultural anthro, sociology, psychology, philosophy, and right now it's back to Cultural Anthro.

I am a strong believer that we need to make some changes if we're going to make this world worth inheriting by our future generations. It's time for some massive social changes, and I believe strongly that the changes need to start with education. I would LOVE to be an anarchist, but I do not believe that the average person is capable of self governing. If they were, it would be a different story, but as it stands, social change needs education, meaning educators need to adopt social change and pass these things on to our children.

On my more cynical days, I believe that it is also necessary to restore Darwinism to the human race by removing common sense warning labels... less reproductive potential amongst those that have so little commonsense that they think blow drying their hair in the shower, or using a power drill for dental work...

this is completely random. But that's just me.

Basically I spend my time teaching, hanging out with my friends, pursuing my interests, and day dreaming. I'm always doing something, never bored, and will always have something I am working on. I am a very tenacious person. Going to great lengths to reach my goals even though at times it can be very difficult and draining. I have a positive out look on life and I surround myself with people that are the same. I don't enjoy negativity or people that are always down and tend to separate myself from it. Just been around to much of that in my life. I am over it.

I am on here to make new friends, meet new interesting people, and if I find a relationship, so be it. I just moved to Davis and I really am enjoying the scene change. It's really interesting living in a college town. Everyone is into Bio-med engineering and crazy things like that. It's quite a nice change really. I like to get out and go places with friends or by myself. Doesn't really matter which. Or I'll stay at home and work on music/projects/research things.

I like people that are opinionated and weird/crazy/silly. Ok so this is an important one to me. You start hanging out with someone and you think "this person is pretty cool we can be friends". Then you realize, "wait all they do is just follow me around and repeat the same stories to me like I've never heard them." It sucks because eventually you just stop hanging out with them cause they aren't self entertaining and don't have a personality. Hence the, "I enjoy people that are opinionated and crazy/weird/silly."

I spend alot of time thinking about how things work and different inventions and businesses that I am working on. My dream job is that of an inventor/entrepreneur. Which I am actively pursuing. I will always be making new things and thinking up new ideas. The good ones I go after and I have quite a few successes which is awesome.

I really enjoy Sci-fi and fantasy. The idea of different worlds beyond our own is very interesting to me. At times I look around and think , " We are just strange aliens on some planet in some galaxy somewhere". Some people say that when they think about it like that they feel small and it seems scary. But to me I find a great sense of comfort in this idea. I don't really know why.

On the flip side of things I also spend alot of time listening to music and singing. I love finding new bands and new music and will spend hours at times looking and listening. I love to sing, although I don't think I am the best. But it feels so good to express yourself this way. I also teach Speech Level Singing which is so much fun and is a great time. I am certified teacher in the technique and I really do love my job.

Well that's all I'm going to write for now... Time to do something else.

Well I always have trouble writing these things, I always end up in a self-discovery mode trying to see what I look like. What I am saying do we ever really know ourselves. I just try to survive life, but at the same time not trying to be afraid of it. I am willing to try new things, just once, if I do not like it good luck changing my mind. Some people would call me stubborn if you know what I mean. I think of it as having my own mindset in a population of similar mindsets. I am not afraid to stick my nose into the middle of things, unless asked politely to stay out of it. I like reading science fiction and fantasy. I'm an activist at heart and love to be out and about, even if there's no specific goal in mind. I do like some quiet time to relax and chill but generally i prefer to be around friends/good people. In my spare time I love to read or sculpt clay, i cant throw pottery but i love making figurines/statues. I can be the quiet girl in the corner or the loudest one in the group, it all depends. Usually I'm only really shy and quiet when meeting new people but i open up fairly quickly. I am a guy who has been lucky enough to have traveled different parts of the world, and it has been a pleasure to meet the different women.There are cultures that are open about sex and do it with well. So far the best country I have visited is Ireland, however this is not one of the open cultures, even tho I am sure they due sex well also.. The food was great but the people were even better. College is my life. I love college soso much. I'm very actively involved in campus politics (one must keep in mind, my school was the basis for "Prop 8 - The Musical") as well as just campus life itself. I love the people, the situations good and bad, etc.

Well im 19, i love to have fun and just spend time with my friends and family. I spend a lot of time at the beach in the summer and love the outdoors. I have a 1 yr old little boy who is the best thing that ever happened to me.

Hi. Well, I'm currently going to school at Sacramento State. I also work in Aquatics and coach Middle School Sports. My family and friends are my life and I love spending time with them. I love traveling, watching movies, baking and enjoy doing just about everything else. I'll try anything once and although I don't think so my friends consider me a little bit of a daredevil who'll try almost anything once.

I graduated from high school in 1998. I have not been to any college. I live at home with family and cat. I like to walk in the park when i can. I am shy. Not a coffee drinker and yes, I'm a fitness buff, natural body building nut, and a health minded guy. I am also fully aware of the fact that I'm a hottie but love compliments. hello everyone, im casey, 25 with 26 quickly approaching. ive realized im quite terrible at these things... so bear with me :) originally i come from the bay, have been in the sac area for about five years now. its not too shabby of a place to be i suppose. i ride bikes of all types mostly bmx trickery and mountain bikes. very much fun and it helps keep me in shape. hmm i have my tongue and eyebrow pierced. no tats. i like them on other people but unsure if ill ever get one.

I work, I have fun. I like to play Tabletop RPGs and video games, but yes I have something akin to social skills and like to have a good laugh and good times.

I love my 2 young sons, music, reading, photography. I'm simplistic yet intelligent. Not a television watcher per se but do like documentaries & smart mysteries, I have a good sense of humor. Not a joke teller, more witty. I like honest people. I usually hold my own with those 1/2 my age as well as those older than I. I'm speaking intellectually, pop culturally not necessarily physical/mental attraction. Although sometimes things may happen... Recently I was told that I am a young soul & have a soothing voice. I'm a professional computer geek and I'm pretty good at it. I think movies are awesome and would sit through just about any kind, but I have a special weakness for very bad horror. I enjoy lively conversation, heated debate, and listening to a good story.
Back in college I learned how to bake cheesecakes and I've been honing my skill since then. People tell me my cakes are the best ever. I'm inclined to agree. Now, if I could learn to prepare a great steak, I'd be all set.
I'm rather shy, especially around strangers, but given some time I find my comfort and open up. I play guitar, but rarely when anyone else is present.

If my friends could describe me they would say; funny, loyal, honest and smart.

I work in Orangevale, in computer sales. I believe in supporting myself and don't like to rely on others to get ahead in life.

I have quite a few hobbies that I enjoy, but I am always open for anything new or different.

I like Video Games, either PC or Console. I have them all except for the Wii. I am hoping I can find someone who is also interested in playing video games with me. It isn't something I would want to do 24/7, but it can be fun at times.

I love going to the movie theaters with friends and or a significant other. Movies give you that chance to relax and not have to worry about anything except for enjoying the film and the company you are with.

I like Anime, but I am not a hard core fanatic. Its just like watching your favorite TV show, except it happens to be Anime for me. I dont mind if the person I am with is not all about anime, but still wouldn't mind watching it with me from time to time. If you are a hardcore fanatic (which there is nothing wrong with) Then it could be fun to go to a ComicCon and check it out with you.

I think reading can be a lot of fun too. It allows to to imagine things differently than anyone else can. I like a variety of authors, I am no book worm though. So no worries my nose will always be in a book. :)

I am looking for someone who really wants to get to know me, give me that chance to be their special someone or friend. I would consider my self romantic. I am not the jealous type, unless I know there is something that shouldn't be going on. I can be silly at times, I like to make people laugh. We can talk as friends and see if there is any chemistry. I want my significant other to always feel comfortable enough to confide in me, to trust me with their secrets. :)
